All these services below are included in your direct payments from the council, meaning there are no additional costs to you. Simply inform your social worker about the type of care you need and let them know that The Nurture Centre will be providing the brokerage service or managing your budget if necessary. Your social worker will then coordinate with the Direct Payments team.

We will match you with a DBS-checked personal assistant
(PA) who will accompany your child to various activities.

Our team will guide you on employment law and arrange your Employment Liability insurance.
Time Tracking
We provide timesheets to track the hours and sessions your personal assistant works.
Payroll Management
Enjoy hassle-free monthly payments to your PA via BACS, along with tax handling through HMRC and wage slips for your records.

Assistance with establishing an additional bank account will be provided.
